Ideal Arabian – Booking Terms & Conditions
- Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings made on IdealArabian.com (“Website”) for tours, sightseeing packages, desert safaris, cultural experiences, cruise dinners, adventure activities, water sports, park tickets, and other travel-related services (collectively, the “Services”).
- Definitions
- Customer: Any individual or group named on a booking form who intends to participate in a travel activity through Ideal Arabian.
- Service: Any tourism-related offering listed or arranged by Ideal Arabian.
- Booking Confirmation: An official confirmation email issued by Ideal Arabian after receiving full payment and all required information.
- Booking Process
- Acceptance of Terms: By making a booking on the Website, all Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
- Booking Authority: The person submitting the booking represents and warrants that they are authorized to act on behalf of all participants listed and that all involved parties agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Governing Law: These Terms, and any contracts arising from them, are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and all disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
- Right to Decline: Ideal Arabian reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.
- Website Operation
- Section A: Tours, safaris, activities, and experiences (excluding hotel and flight packages) are available for online booking, including real-time pricing, availability, and secure payment options.
- Section B: For customized holiday packages involving hotel stays, flights, or multi-day itineraries, customers must contact Ideal Arabian directly via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Pricing and availability are subject to confirmation.
- Fares & Arrangements
- Payment Timing: Some Services may require full payment at the time of booking. The applicable payment terms and refund policies will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
- Booking Confirmation: Bookings are only considered confirmed once a confirmation email is issued by Ideal Arabian.
- Price Revisions: Prices may be updated due to factors beyond our control, such as changes in exchange rates, government taxes, transportation charges, or third-party fees. All displayed rates are subject to availability and may vary seasonally.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made securely via Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer in AED or USD.
- Payment Security
- Secure Transactions: Ideal Arabian utilizes industry-standard encrypted payment gateways to ensure safe and confidential transactions.
- Convenient Options: We support a variety of secure and convenient payment methods for a seamless booking experience.
- Payment Requirements & Legal Compliance
- Sanctioned Countries: In compliance with UAE regulations, Ideal Arabian does not engage in transactions with individuals or entities from sanctioned countries.
- UAE-Based Operations: Ideal Arabian is registered and operates in the UAE. All transactions are processed in AED or USD.
- Third-Party Services: If a Service is booked through a third-party partner, any modifications, complaints, or refund requests must be addressed directly with the respective provider. UAE law will govern the resolution of any disputes.
- Tourism Fees: Hotel accommodations may include additional government-imposed fees (such as Dubai’s Tourism Dirham), payable directly at the hotel during check-in or check-out.
- Modification of Terms
Ideal Arabian reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
- Cancellation Policy
- Company-Initiated Cancellations: Ideal Arabian may cancel bookings under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund (excluding insurance charges) or the option to reschedule the Service or switch to a comparable experience.
- *Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellation terms vary by Service. In general, cancellations made *72 hours or more before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable unless specified otherwise on the Service page or voucher.
- Supplier Cancellations: Some Services may be canceled by suppliers due to safety, weather, or operational concerns. Ideal Arabian will assist in rescheduling or processing refunds in such cases.
Liability Exclusion
: Ideal Arabian is not responsible for any indirect costs or damages resulting from a cancellation, including missed flights, accommodations, or other personal arrangements.
- Health Insurance
Ideal Arabian strongly recommends that all Customers obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance before participating in any activity, especially those involving physical, aquatic, or adventure elements. We are not responsible for any medical costs incurred during or after participation.
- Disclaimer of Liability
Ideal Arabian shall not be held liable for:
- Any loss, damage, illness, injury, accident, or death arising from participation in any booked activity.
- Loss or damage of personal belongings during transportation or activities.
- Delays, changes in itinerary, or service disruptions due to weather, traffic, or third-party service issues.
*Customer Responsibility: It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the selected activity. Participants must comply with safety instructions and guidelines provided by guides or service staff.
